L’article R.4515-1 du Code du Travail, soumet les entreprises, expéditeurs et transporteurs, réalisant des opérations de chargement et/ou de déchargement à établir un protocole de sécurité.
Ce document regroupe les informations utiles à l’évaluation des risques générés par des opérations de chargement ou de déchargement de marchandises ainsi que les mesures de prévention et de sécurité qui doivent être appliquées.
Le protocole de sécurité est établi entre l'entreprise d'accueil (PAUL HARTMANN S.A.S) et l'entreprise intervenante (le transporteur). Ce document a une durée de validité de 3 ans à compter du jour de la signature par l’entreprise intervenante.

- La date de signature.
- Le nom et le tampon de la société de transport mandaté par PAUL HARTMANN S.A.S
Le protocole vous sera envoyé par PAUL HARTMANN SAS, via DocuSign, et devra être impérativement signé par l’ensemble des signataires avant le premier chargement ou déchargement dans l’entreprise d’accueil.

The Safety Protocol is established between the host company (PAUL HARTMANN S.A.S) and the operating company (the carrier). This document has a validity period of 3 years from the date of the signature by the operating company.

Dieses Dokument führt alle nützlichen Informationen zur Evaluierung von Risiken, die durch Beladungs- und Entladungsvorgänge von Waren entstehen, sowie Präventions- und Schutzmaßnahmen, die angewendet werden müssen, auf.
Das Sicherheitsprotokoll wird zwischen dem Ziel-Unternehmen (PAUL HARTMANN S.A.S) und dem transportierenden Unternehmen (dem Spediteur) festgesetzt. Ab dem Datum der Unterschrift durch den Spediteur an ist dieses Dokument für drei Jahre gültig.

- Datum und Unterschrift.
- Name und Stempel der von PAUL HARTMANN S.A.S beauftragten Gesellschaft (Auftragnehmer).
Dieses Dokument wird Ihnen von PAUL HARTMANN SAS über DocuSign zugesandt und muss vor dem ersten Be- oder Entladen im Gastunternehmen von allen Unterzeichnern unterzeichnet werden.
